Merry Lakes started as a much-loved family home — the kind of place where weekends revolved around food, laughter, and staying up far too late. It was built for lake swims, birthday toasts, long lunches that turned into dinners, and time well spent with the people who matter most.

Over the years, it became the setting for every kind of gathering — family holidays, celebrations, low-key catch-ups and spontaneous weekends with whoever was free. We realised we had something worth sharing.

So we opened the doors, made a few upgrades (more games, more wine glasses, more space), and kept the heart of it exactly the same. Today, Merry Lakes is designed for group stays of every kind — hens, reunions, anniversaries, multi-generational holidays — all the moments that feel better when everyone’s together.
